Komárom-Esztergom (Slovak: Komárňansko-ostrihomská) is an administrative Hungarian county in Central Transdanubia Region, on the northern border with Slovakia. It shares borders with the Hungarian counties of Győr-Moson-Sopron, Veszprém, Fejér and Pest.
