Osterwieck-Fallstein was a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the district of Harz, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It was situated north of the Harz, and north of Wernigerode. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft was in Osterwieck.
