Spalding No. 368 (2006 Population 425) is a rural municipality, established in 1912, in Saskatchewan, Canada, encompassing 811.47 square kilometers in area. The rural municipality was originally called the Rural Municipality of Iron Spring. The rural municipality has within its boundaries the incorporated communities of Spalding, that is also home to the municipality offices. The rural municipality in conjunction with the provincial government is in charge of maintenance of highways in its area. As well, the municipality provides policing, fire protection and municipal governance for the rural district, with a reeve as its administrator.
