Aupaluktok Island is an uninhabited island in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of Nunavut, Canada. It is one of the two main Sanigut Islands, stretching between Avataktoo Bay to the north and the Cumberland Sound to the south, off Baffin Island's Cumberland Peninsula.
