Buthidaung (Burmese: ဘူးသီးတောင်မြို့; MLCTS: bu:si:taung mrui., pronounced: [búðídàʊɴ mjo̰]) is a town in the Rakhine State of westernmost part of Myanmar. It is the administrative seat of Buthidaung Township. It lies on the west bank of Mayu river.
