Canowindra (/kəˈnaʊndrə/ kə-NOWN-drə) is an historic township located near Cowra in the central west of New South Wales, Australia in Cabonne Shire. Canowindra is situated on the Belubula River. The curving main street, Gaskill Street, is partly an urban conservation area.
