Owned and operated as part of Southern Cross Austereo's LocalWorks network, it broadcasts an adult contemporary format to Shepparton, Victoria and the Goulburn Valley. First broadcast on 9 October 1998, it was established by RG Capital - later sold to Macquarie Regional RadioWorks and Southern Cross Media Group - and is based in Shepparton, alongside sister station 96.9 Star FM.
