Scranton Preparatory School is a Catholic and Jesuit college preparatory day school for boys and girls within the Diocese of Scranton. The current enrollment is 835 students. Prep is fully accredited by the Pennsylvania State Department of Public Instruction and by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. It is a member of the Jesuit Secondary Education Association, the National Association of Independent Schools and the National Catholic Educational Association. Tuition (fees included) is currently $12,200 per year. Scranton Prep offers only academic courses. Qualified students may do Advanced Placement work in individual subjects. A full program of athletics and extracurricular activities is offered to all students.
