Owned by Blackhawk Broadcasting, it is the sister station of CBS affiliate KSWT. Through a resource sharing agreement with News-Press & Gazette Company, the station is also operated alongside Fox and ABC affiliate KECY-TV and Telemundo affiliate KESE-LP.
