Seven Springs is a borough in Somerset and Fayette Counties, Pennsylvania. The borough and resort are part of both the Pittsburgh metropolitan area and the Johnstown Metropolitan Statistical Area (Fayette County is part of Pittsburgh metro Somerset County is part of Johnstown metro). The population was 127 at the 2000 census.
