KBCW, virtual channel 44 (UHF digital channel 45), is a CW owned-and-operated television station located in San Francisco, California, United States which serves as the West Coast flagship of the network. The station is owned by the CBS Television Stations subsidiary of CBS Corporation, as part of a duopoly with CBS owned-and-operated station KPIX-TV (channel 5). The two stations share studios located on Battery Street in San Francisco, KBCW's transmitter is located atop Sutro Tower.
