Merced Grove is a giant sequoia grove located near Crane Flat just inside the western boundary of Yosemite National Park north of El Portal and the Merced River, at (37°44′58″N119°50′14″W) [elevation 5,469 feet (1,667 m)]. It is in the small valley of Moss Creek, accessible by short hike.
