Uttaradit Rajabhat University (Thai: มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์) or URU is a Thai public university under the Rajabhat system. The campus is located just within of Uttaradit, a small city north of Bangkok. It was established in 1936 in the name of The Uttaradit Teachers College Uttaradit.
