Seymchan (Russian: Сеймчан) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) and the administrative center of Srednekansky District of Magadan Oblast, Russia, located on the right bank of the Seymchan River, near its confluence with the Kolyma, and about 350 kilometers (220 mi) north of Magadan.
