Krasnoyarsk Cheremshanka Airport (Russian: Красноярский аэропорт Черемшанка) is a domestic airport in the Krasnoyarsk Krai, situated 23 km northwest of Krasnoyarsk. Since 1982 it is also the base of a helicopter detachment of civil defense, featuring the Mil Mi-6 and Mil Mi-8 aircraft. Besides civil defense and military use, the airfield is used for civilian passenger traffic flights of Antonov An-24 and Antonov An-26 aircraft. It is the hub of the Katekavia airline. The airport practically abuts (on the east) the city's international airport, Yemelyanovo Airport.
