Stary Susk [ˈstarɨ ˈsusk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rzekuń, within Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Rzekuń, 8 km (5 mi) east of Ostrołęka, and 105 km (65 mi) north-east of Warsaw.
