Sagsai (Mongolian: Сагсай) is a sum (district) of Bayan-Ölgii Province in western Mongolia. It is primarily inhabited by ethnic Kazakhs (Altaic Kazakhs). The village is home to a large number of eagle hunters who use golden eagles to hunt foxes and hares.
