Kirandul is a city and a municipality in the Dantewada district in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh.It is a twin township consisting of Kirandul and Bade Bacheli of Bailadila region.Bailadila means "hump of the ox", and the mountain range here has peaks that look like the humps of an ox.
