High West (Chinese: 西高山) is a hill near Victoria Peak on Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. With a height of 494 m (1,621 ft), the hill is west of the Peak and north of Pok Fu Lam. Queen Mary Hospital is at its west slope and Harlech Road passes its north slope.
