Cardiff South and Penarth (Welsh: De Caerdydd a Phenarth) is a borough constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It is the largest parliamentary constituency in Wales, with an electorate of 75,175, and also one of the most ethnically diverse. It has been consistently held by the Labour Party since its creation.
