El Maíllo is a village and municipality in the province of Salamanca, in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y Leon, Spain. It is situated some 72 km from Salamanca, the provincial capital. In the 2003 census, it was documented as having 403 inhabitants, of which 212 were men and 191 women, in a surface area of 46.27 km². It sits at 985 m above sea level.
