Fairholme Island is a member of the Queen Elizabeth Islands and the Canadian Arctic Archipelago in the territory of Nunavut. It is an irregularly shaped island located in the Penny Strait, between John Barrow Island and the entrance to Barrow Harbour, Devon Island.
