Maatsuyker Island (186-hectare (0.72 sq mi)) lies close to the south-western coast of Tasmania, Australia. It is part of the Maatsuyker Island Group, which is included in the Southwest National Park and the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Site. It is the site of the Maatsuyker Island Lighthouse.
