Patleyna Glacier (Bulgarian: ледник Патлейна, ‘Lednik Patleyna’ \'led-nik pat-'ley-na\) is the 5.5 km long and 2.5 km wide glacier on the east side of north-central Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains, Antarctica, situated north of the upper course of Ellen Glacier.
