Prentice Plateau (77°29′S160°37′E) is a nearly rectangular plateau of about 9 square miles (23 km2) at the north side of Victoria Upper Glacier and west of Apollo Peak, Olympus Range, Victoria Land. The upper surface (c.1,850 metres (6,070 ft)) is ice covered except for scoured outcrops. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) (2004) after Michael L.
