Smith Nunatak is a nunatak just southeast of Mount Starlight in the Athos Range, Prince Charles Mountains. The nunatak is marked by a moraine which extends 2 nautical miles (3.7 km) north from it. Plotted from ANARE (Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions) air photos of 1965. Named by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) for J.C.
