As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 19,131,[10][11] reflecting an increase of 52 (+0.3%) from the 19,079 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 132 (-0.7%) from the 19,211 counted in the 1990 Census.[20]
