Bellefontaine (pronounced BELL-fount-in) Neighbors is an inner-ring suburb city in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The population was 10,860 at the 2010 census.

It is a part of the Metro-East region of the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area in Southern Illinois.
