Obreja (Hungarian: Obrézsa) is a commune in Caraş-Severin County, western Romania with a population of 3249. It is composed of four villages: Ciuta (Csuta), Iaz (Jász), Obreja and Var (Vár).

It is located at the confluence of the River Timiș with the River Sebeș, the latter coming from the Țarcu Mountains. To the west, it is in direct contact with the Banat Hills.
