Veere ( pronunciation ; Zeelandic: Ter Veere) is a municipality and a city in the southwestern Netherlands, on Walcheren island in the province of Zeeland.

The former municipality had a population of about 8,000 in 2007, and covered an area of about 74 km² of which about 19 km² was water.
