Rawmarsh (locally /ˈroʊmɨʃ/) is a large village in the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham, in South Yorkshire, England. Historically within the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is 2 miles (3 km) north from Rotherham. It has a population of 18,210. The village also forms part of the Sheffield Urban Area.
