Sackville is a Canadian town in Westmorland County, New Brunswick. The town is home to Mount Allison University, a primarily undergraduate liberal arts university. Historically home to two foundries manufacturing stoves and furnaces, the economy is now driven by the university and tourism. Once a part of the French colony, it became part of the British colony in 1755 following the Expulsion of the Acadians.
