The municipality comprises the towns of Meise proper and Wolvertem (a deelgemeente), and, several smaller villages like Sint-Brixius-Rode, Oppem, Meusegem, Impde/Imde, Rossem, Westrode and quarters as Bouchout, Nerom and Slozen.
