The Sam and Irene Black School of Business is the business school of Pennsylvania State University – Erie, The Behrend College, in Erie, Pennsylvania. Penn State Erie (or Penn State Behrend as it is often referred to) is a part of the Pennsylvania State University commonwealth system.
