Genoa City is a village located in Kenosha and Walworth Counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin, 43 miles south-southwest of Milwaukee. The population was 3,042 at the 2010 census. Of this, 3,036 were in Walworth County, and only 6 were in Kenosha County.
