The University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy (Serbian: Филозофски факултет Универзитета у Београду), founded in the early 19th century within the Belgrade Higher School, is the oldest and most prominent institution of higher education in Serbia and among the oldest in the South-Eastern Europe.
