Karmei Yosef (Hebrew: כַּרְמֵי יוֹסֵף, lit. Yosef's Vineyards, also spelled Carmey Yosef) is a communal settlement in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah between Ramle and Rehovot, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gezer Regional Council.
