The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a military cadet corps youth organisation supported by the Singapore Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education. The primary mission of the organisation is to "develop resourceful, responsible, resilient, loyal leaders and team players through fun and challenging military-related activities." As of December 2010, it had a total strength of 20'000+ members.
