Victoria Falls Airport serves the tourism industry of Victoria Falls and is located 18 km south of the town of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe (IATA: VFA, ICAO: FVFA). The existing runway is capable of handling aircraft up to B737 or A319 or equivalent, however, plans are underway to construct a new 4000m runway that will allow larger aircraft to use the airport. Larger aircraft will mean that the Victoria Falls can be accessed directly by long haul flights from the Americas, Europe and Asia.
